you all know the feeling. middle of the week, sluggishness sets in, you end up eating two packages of banana cream-filled twinkies to squelch the restlessness. how about a better solution we like to refer to as hoopsercise.
we tend to have low numbers in the middle of the week. as this definitely fixes our need for exercise, having a good group of eight or ten is better.
