holiday snacks and munchies are already flooding my normal avenues of venture. it is important during these times to keep the exercise up so that we keep the need for massive new years resolutions down.

to quote kevin james in his "sweat the small stuff" stand-up routine:
"my fitness goals are just different than most people. some people want to lose enough weight to fit in to a swimsuit. i just want to lose enough weight so that my tummy doesn't jiggle when i brush my teeth. after that, it's just maintenance from there on out."

wednesday is maintenance. come maintain.
