four thirty

it's the end of another month, and what do we have to show for it?  sleepless mornings?  draggy days?  injuries?  don't be so negative!

how about solid-state bodies?  enhanced speed?  cool new moves?  new pals?  improved shooting and passing skillz?  (your wives love you more 'cause girls like guys with skillz.)  if you think any of this is bogus, ask trent "visa" how much weight he lost.  or ask jeff or bill to retell their doctor story.  or ask dennis "d-assassin" what he's missing.
