summer ready

we've past the halfway point of may.  school will be out soon, and summer vacations will be...being taken.  and if any of those summer vacations take you to a beach, then i would suggest coming to hoops the next five weeks before july so that you can get that body of yours in shape.  (i say five weeks because we are off a week in june.  see the calendar at for which week that is.)

it can be done.  in fact, a couple of guys in our group have been on the hoops weight loss program and have had some significant results.  all it takes is an hour three days a week, an hour of more fun than a normal workout or pilates class.
