seems a few more guys are suffering from TLBS. on monday, dave "the dove" took the bench voluntarily as he was suffering from the condition. many things could be attributed as the cause for TLBS. in dave's case, it's probably his extremely active playing style catching up with him. for me, i've had my own case of it, the result of not being fully rested and not using my abs enough. in trent's case, it's from lifting hot water heaters and cars.

be careful out there and protect yourself from TLBS. if you suffer from it, get plenty of rest and come back strong. see you tomorrow!

cooler hoops

tomorrow we play hoops. friday was an unexpected hoops holiday, but there is no need to worry. we will resume your weekly exercise routine on a much cooler monday morning.

well, too many are out tomorrow. so, turn off your alarms for tomorrow and sleep in. we'll go again monday!

not sure

i don't know exactly how trent feels about the numbers right now. on one hand, he got in some righteous games on wednesday, totally testing his physical limits. on the other hand, 3-on-3 wasn't as fun as 4-on-4 or 5-on-5. it's hard to tell if he's happy or not. perhaps he can weigh in on this email and give us clue. either way, it'd be a good idea for your sake to show up tomorrow morning.

UPDATE: several regulars are going to the men's retreat this weekend and are probably already there. so, call it out if you ARE attending tomorrow morning. i will repost before 10:00p tonight whether enough interest warrants waking up early.

there are lot of people out there who did not understand how we can get up that early in the morning play basketball. but we know what is all about. our bodies are conditioned, tuned to early morning exercise. it's taken months of hard work and determination the condition ourselves like this.
