can you believe it? the last month of this year.
but we are here. might as well play from hoops.
had a good extended day of hoops on black friday. we begin the stretch to christmas. many days of holiday snacks and eating. keeping up the exercise plan will be the best thing. don't wait for resolutions after.
so, we're back in the gym tomorrow.
after you drop your wives at the mall to get the best deals ever, you can drive over to the gym to work off the feast. i know i will need it. ugh! ate too much!
same bat time tomorrow.
by the way, i made this pumpkin pie for our family's meal....
we're now less than two weeks away from turkey day with all the fixin's, so you don't have long to do some gut subtraction before gut addition happens.
we did have some response from the last pulse announcement, which is a good start. bring a friend and let's run off waist space in advance.
by the time we will be playing, results will be in. we will know the outcome and be moving on with our lives.
one thing that won't change from the outcome: hoops. and what better way to divert your mind from all the crazy election stuff than with a focused game of hoops.
see you then!
that's right! it's turkey month! all the leftover candy from overstocking for the kiddos' visits has already started the need for running off the sugar, unless you gave out vegetables and fruit to which i can honestly say i hope your yard was totally TP-ed.
BTD (big turkey dinner) is coming quickly to a table near you. and of course, it will have all the "fixin's." now is the time to plan for the onslaught of food by coming to a few extra practices--er, games.
plenty if slots around the center court on mondays and wednesdays (yes, that's tomorrow!).
hope to see you!
