it's october, people! as we head into fall, the season of candy in the form of halloween leftovers and christmas treats coupled with the confections and general feasting of thanksgiving are approaching rapidly. we are a few weeks from the kick off event starting at the end of this month, giving us the jump on planning for all the extra stuff we'll consume.
basketball is a good way to make some withdrawals before depositing more back in the bank. you can even get your metabolism increased to help process all the other stuff better.
